To celebrate the finale of Marija Temo’s flamenco intensive, join in the fun of a flamenco jam and potluck. Participants in the intensive will be showing off what they learned and we’re eager to share flamenco in its community and familial form with a juerga and potluck. $15 at the door or via Venmo and bring a dish to share. This juerga is extra special with many musicians in town for the intensive and of course, Marija Temo - flamenco improvisation expert. A juerga is a flamenco party where we can practice improvising and interacting through this Andalusian art form.

Anyone interested in flamenco is welcome. From complete novices who are just curious what flamenco is, to professionals, it's a space where we can gather to make flamenco happen. 

You can quietly clap along to the music, dance a patada (an improvised flamenco dance), share a flamenco piece you’ve been practicing, or just cheer on those making the music and dance with an ¡olé!

A juerga depends on the participants - it's about spontaneous inspiration and interaction. We hope you’ll be a part of this special event!
